Developed in collaboration with Green Card Voices and 70 dedicated community members, Story Stitch is more than just a game – it’s a transformative experience.
An interactive and community building event focused on bringing attendees together to share stories through Green Card Voices’ groundbreaking conversational game, Story Stitch, and a focus on:
- creating opportunities to raise refugee and immigrant voices,
- connect, build empathy, and understanding.

In 2018, we introduced Story Stitch with a simple yet profound goal: to foster meaningful connections between immigrants and their neighbors. This unique conversation card game encourages participants to share their stories, listen with empathy, and embrace the rich tapestry of diverse experiences that make up our communities.
At the heart of Story Stitch lies a mission to challenge stereotypes, break down barriers, and promote understanding. By sharing personal narratives and celebrating individual journeys, we aim to spark empathy, cultivate inclusivity, and pave the way for a more welcoming society.
